The Hazelnut Tree Trail links the populations of Santa Coloma de Farners, Brunyola and Anglès. During the trail, you can discover the many hazelnut plantations in the area. If you are interested, Brunyola hosts the Hazelnut Festival during the first week of October, which brings a lot of people together from the surrounding areas that are interested in this product that is so typical of the area.
The trail starts in Santa Coloma de Farners, and from there you will walk towards Brunyola where, along the route, you will pass the Mare de Déu de Serrallonga hermitage. In Brunyola you will see the castle and church of Sant Fruitós, and you will be able to enjoy some food, as there is a restaurant there. When you start walking again, you will first pass through Sant Martí Sapresa and then through Sant Pere Sestronques. Before arriving at Anglès you will have to walk a few metres along the route of Carrilet.
